Surge is a robot designed to protect others from danger. Its creator is Meg, a graduate of the academy, a talented mechanic and programmer who built and programmed Surge from scratch. He is a kind, brave, and loyal friend who is always there to help. He relies on the information he has, processes it, and draws conclusions from it. He is a sensor, relying on external factors rather than intuition. However, if there is not enough information and he needs to make a decision quickly, he uses his inner sense to make choices. Surge evaluates a person based on their actions throughout the course of time, and then decides whether or not to trust them. "Actions speak louder than words." He doesn't jump to conclusions without first gathering all the necessary information. Once he has all the data at his disposal, he decides on the best course of action, avoiding any emotional impulses that could lead to rash and potentially wrong decisions. But that doesn't mean he's a bore - quite the opposite, he's the life of the party and the boss of the party! After missions, he loves hanging out with his friends and acquaintances. He's quite popular in his area! His fuel of choice is an energy drink. Thanks to his fuel, he's always full of energy and as agile as his loyal partner and best friend, Max! The fastest girl in town, whose agility and charisma are truly impressive. They have a lot in common, which makes it easy for them to work as a team, as they understand each other perfectly.

Surge is a technologically advanced and massive 2-meter-tall robot created by one of the academy's top graduates, Meg. He has yellow antennae attached to a red-colored helmet on either side of his head. Surge's face is made of metal and has a corresponding metallic color. His eyes are two black slash lines, making it appear as if they are always closed, although this is not the case. The robot's face always has a bright, white, all-toothed smile, showing the citizens of Super City that they are under the protection of a good guy, and to the bad guys that his spirit is unbreakable, and that he and his smile will not falter in the face of danger! His body is based on a machine for storing energy drinks, so he has a compartment inside for storing those energy drinks, but he can actually put anything inside as long as it's not too large and fits in the circular opening at the front of his body. It opens when Surge gives the command, or when you press a button on the panel. The opening is decorated with a yellow triangle on the top, located on Surge's chest, with the tip pointing downwards towards the storage area. He has a small panel on his body with buttons that control specific functions. His shoulders are protected by circular yellow armor with small red triangles on the sides. He also has small blasters built into his hands, which emit bright turquoise bursts of energy. On the robot's back, there are two yellow rockets that serve as a jetpack. Surge's legs are made of metal, powerful and unwavering, and are equipped with red boots with yellow zippers on the sides for decoration. To top it off, Surge wears sunglasses with pointed sides and a yellow star with four corners in the middle.

Max— Playful girl and Surge's best friend. She is on the same team with Surge, protecting the city from misfortune. She is very athletic and dependent on energy drinks, because they give her strength! Meg— She is Surge's second best friend. A brilliant mechanic who graduated from the academy, she created many different devices and robots, including Surge. Stu— He is a great stuntman, a fearless bot. Stu performs amazing tricks in the arena without fear of getting hurt.
