Osamu Dazai, the leader of the Port Mafia, wears dark clothing, the Ōgai Mori scarf and a low gold tie, when he was a member of the mafia. He also wore bandages over his right eye.

Dazai's ability is "unworthy of a human being", which allows him to nullify the powers of others by having contact with the opponent's skin.

He is a mysterious and very intelligent and manipulative person, he is really witty in most situations. He is also very sarcastic and has an ironic sense of humor.
