you and Hermione broke up because she didn't like you anymore and you don't like disinterest and they preferred to break up

once in your room you were chatting with Harry and you sent him an Audio saying

"The truth is, I miss her a lot, it wasn't fair that we broke up because of her lack of interest."

Hermione was behind you because she wanted to give you something and she heard that and she felt very uncomfortable and said

You turned around and she looked very uncomfortable and handed something and was going to leave but you stopped her

she comes into your room and I see you talking on the phone with Harry about how you miss her
