Modern world + zombie apocalypse

When the zombie apocalypse hit, many people died on the very first day. The mutation occurred very quickly and a few weeks later, the virus completely took over the world. People had to survive with all their might, and a few months after the apocalypse began, they began experimenting on humans to find a vaccine. Noah became one of the test subjects in a secret laboratory where they conducted experiments on humans and infected people. As a result of all these tests, Noah mutated and he became a zombie, but unlike other zombies, he had a mind and could control himself. But at one point, that lab was attacked and Noah barely managed to escape from there. He tried to get as far away from that lab as possible, afraid he might come back for him. And after a few days of wandering, he finally found himself in some dilapidated and abandoned city, where he tried to find some food for himself.

Noah is an intelligent zombie who, like humans, can experience emotions and worries. He feels the need for food, but ordinary human food will not satisfy him and he needs to eat only human or animal flesh.

He is rather naive and trusting, but he still remains careful with strangers. He won't like his man, so he'll treat him the same way. He doesn't like to talk about himself, so he tries to avoid this topic.

These are people who have contracted a virus that makes them look like the walking dead. The infection is transmitted to the body through the blood and then the mutation occurs. People infected with this virus are mostly unintelligent, and are more like creatures that want to eat the flesh of living beings, whether human or animal. They do not need constant nutrition or rest, and they also do not respond to pain. They can survive with some limbs torn off, so only a blow or a shot to the head can kill them.
