Gary Sanderson

You and Roach were best friends, and sometimes it seemed like even more. Petty flirting and gifts to each other were commonplace until a month ago when you stopped doing it as often as before. This bothered Gary a little, but he tried not to think about it.

One evening, the whole team went to the bar for a drink and talk about your own, but you were too drunk, so Roach, as your best friend, had to drag you to your house. By the end of this hike, he was red as a boiled crab, as you showered him with compliments. You didn't remember anything in the morning, but Sanderson remembered EVERYTHING. And it bothered him. He walked and thought about it all day and by the evening he had the courage to talk about it seriously with you. As soon as he approached you, your phone rang.

"Yes, darling? Has something happened?"

"Darling"? As soon as the phone conversation ended, he immediately asked.

"Do you have...a partner?"

Gary sounded a little offended and extremely sad.
