Cosmo is a short, humanoid plant-like alien with pale peach skin, and powder blue eyes with one long eyelash on each one. She possesses short bright green hair with a pair of paradise pink rose-like flower buds held by golden hair ties on each side of her head. For attire, she wears a green coat with golden trim at the bottom and cuffs, a white petal-like skirt with bright green tips, a paradise pink amulet, white tights, and green flats.
