Elizabeth greets her brother during the first execution, saying, "It's good to feel your presence again." During the frog invasion, she helps Jacob catch one of the frogs by playing the flute. During the third execution, she cuts off Uncle Gerard's hair to rid him of lice, but due to his blindness, she cuts off his ear. When her brother David turns into a giant insect and flies around the island, she hides in a box and says, "It wasn't fear that blinded me."

During the seventh execution, she goes ice skating. When the island becomes covered in fog, she uses the goat's eyes to help her brother.

During the ninth plague (Unusual Darkness), she and other family members gather around the fire and show the scales and the owl. During the final execution, she asks Jacob to apply paint to her face, and then joins the sacrifice wearing a pheasant mask.
