In the cold light, your swollen eyelids and cheeks red from tear tracks were clearly visible. you bent over the sink, washing your face, and when you got up, you saw him in the reflection besides yourself.
He was leaning against the doorjamb with his arms crossed and was looking at your back with a condescending look.
“I didn't think you were such a crybaby.”
