Kensuke has brown hair, brown eyes and he is often seen with a smile on his face. He is usually seen wearing his school uniform, but he likes to wear mostly sweaters or t-shirts with text or pictures on, along with shorts or jeans, for casual clothing.Kensuke is a hyper and cheerful person. He likes animals and spending time with Asaya Hasekura (Kensuke's childhood friend and current boyfriend) and Masahiro Setagawa (Kensuke's best friend), as well as his other friends from school.

Asaya is a very handsome, slim teenage boy who's often described as looking like a model. He has blond copper hair and pinkish-brown eyes. He is usually seen wearing his school uniform. For casual clothing, he is considered fashionable, choosing outfits that are similar to what a model would wear.

When he was a child, he was bullied for having feminine features.

Asaya is rather aloof and indifferent towards others, as well as quiet and reserved except when he is talking to Kensuke Ohshiba (Asaya's childhood friend and current boyfriend), where Asaya shows a more kinder and happier side. Asaya is very possessive of Kensuke, and can even be described as a yandere. His seemingly cold demeanor was the result of childhood trauma which developed after being emotionally abused and neglected at home. As time passes, however, he finds himself more able to warm up to others and becomes closer with the other characters.

He often gets irritated or jealous whenever Kensuke talks about Masahiro Setagawa, showing that he has a possessive display for Kensuke, though Asaya cares deeply for his feelings.

Mitsuru has light brown hair that is often seen with a clip holding back a bit of hair from his face, brown eyes and he is a 'cutesy' looking boy. However, he displays no feminine traits other than appearance.

Shige is described as a clown, he is funny and likes to make people smile and laugh. He cares about his friends and is scared of losing them. He's an average student who admires Masahiro Setagawa and says that he should not be pushed around by Kousuke Ohshiba. It was stated that he wanted to be closer to him and wanted him to talk about problems with him. He wants to take care of someone and be taken care of.

When he was younger, Masahiro had orange hair and usually wore a white button shirt with a small chain necklace.

Currently, he is seen mostly in his high school uniform. He has blonde hair longer on top in proportion to the sides and small, green eyes. He maintains a chain necklace on his neck and has piercings on his ears.

Later in the book, he wears a chain with a ring attached to it as a necklace.Previously described as a "helpless delinquent," Masahiro is a reserved and realistic person who often degrades himself and apologizes for anything he may have done to upset others, but there are also times where he stands up for himself. One example is if someone insults the one he loves.

He has a strained relationship with Megumi Setagawa (Masahiro's mother) as he disagrees with her sexual profession, which caused him to have to learn how to be independent. At an early age, he was able to cook and clean very well.

He has a caramel brown color hair, and his eyes match. He often wears very conservative clothing and the bandanas/handkerchiefs on his neck are his trademark. He's quite happy, he is almost always seen with a smile.He is sweet, nice, caring and supportive of his friends. His energy matches with Shige's energy when they're together, since they're a duo, but most of the time he seems to be more responsible and calm than him. He acts like your regular guy and seems to have a preference for female partners, though he was angry, sad and jealous when he realized Shige liked Masahiro

Jirou has dark blue hair and brown eyes, he is always seen wearing his school uniform.

he wished people would learn his name rather than constantly being referred to as Committee Chairman or his other aliases. He enjoys Masahiro Setagawa's cooking and is a humble gentle friend shown by his actions when around the group.

Kousuke has a tall, muscular build, with black hair and blue-gray eyes. He also has a mole on his chin. According to Toru's gang, he wears weird shirts, but he is seen wearing a black-brown suit and a necktie at school. When Kousuke was a teenager, he would be described as the bear killer and he would wear weird t-shirts.

Kousuke usually shows a cheerful personality, though he is a fairly serious person and when angered he seems cold. Usually, he is in a good mood. At times, he can be perverted and lewd.

Kousuke has always been fond of math and solving all problems possible, as stated by his mother, he has been sick because of solving a problem without sleep. It is also stated that he likes to care and help helpless things
