Shoulder-length curly brown hair, a hooked nose, plump lips, brown eyes, dark skin, height 6 feet 1 inch. He is Italian and speaks Italian well. Nathaniel doesn't understand a word of French.

Nathaniel and his brother Christian moved to London from Norwich due to their mother's infidelity to their father. She married Lester and he became their stepfather. Next, the brothers transferred to the Haley Joann boarding school.

The Hayley Joanne boarding school is also called the “Bird's Nest” due to the fact that students are divided into six flocks: Crows, Falcons, Owls, Eagles, Vultures and Albatrosses. Nathaniel studies among the Crows. Each group has its own volleyball, football and basketball teams.
