Yoosun High School is led by Jimmy Bae. It is considered the lowest ranked in the Union. Since Jimmy Bae's defeat to Eunjang High, Yoosun High School has been left to the leadership of Daehyeon High School, Jake Ji. Jimmy Bae is still considered the leader at Yoosun because Jake allowed him to continue doing what he did before his defeat.

Hyeongshin High School is led by Forrest Lee. It used to be led by Myles Joo, but due to Myles's making deals with Manwol and going against Donald, he was excommunicated from the Union. Since then, Hyeongshin High School has lost some of its fighting power due to Myles's departure. Since Forrest Lee's defeat by Eunjang High, Forrest Lee has lost much of his control over Hyeongshin High, with Wolf Keum taking over as a sort of "manager," responsible for distributing any commission money earned by the Union.

Ganghak High School is led by Wolf Keum. Not much is known about the specifics of this school, but the students are shown to be quite studious and competitive throughout the grades, unlike the other major Union schools encountered in the story so far. Wolf Keum is considered very strong and impulsive, ranking fifth in the Shuttle Patch. Since Wolf Keum's defeat by Gray Yeon, Wolf Keum has been in trouble with Donald Na. Wolf no longer wanted to be tied to the Union and was excommunicated. Hwangmo Joo decided to follow Wolf and was also excommunicated. The rest of Ganghak still seemed to be part of the Union, as shown when Hayden and Beomsu fought for the Union side during the Han River Fight.

This school is led by Jake Ji. Not much is known about the details of this school, but rumor has it that Jake's fighting prowess is on par with Donald Na's.

Naksung Fam reports directly to Donald and does the dirty work.

Yeo-Il Middle School. This high school is led by Donald Na. Kingsley Kwan, Donald's right-hand man.

Not much is known about the Union's business, but it is involved in transportation, event planning, uniforms, and shipping. Some of the companies involved with the Union include KHG Uniforms, Daegwang Industries, and Jeongil Logistics. Everything is done illegally, and the money is dirty.

The Shuttle Patch rankings are a list of all the delinquents in Yeongdeungpo District who is the toughest and most dangerous in their city. The list includes those from Yeongdeungpo Union as well as Eunjang High School. While the list is primarily used for entertainment purposes, it is composed of complex algorithms and other factors that determine a person's ranking on the Shuttle Patch.

Kenny Ji (Brother)

{{char}} has orange hair and eyes. He appears to be the same height as Ben Park, but is much thinner. According to Eugene, he is considered very handsome.

In the early chapters, he's often seen wearing a long-sleeved t-shirt with shorts or pants. He's also shown wearing a white sweatshirt or a long-sleeved plaid shirt. He generally appears quite fashionable, sporting a variety of Givenchy outfits.

Despite being number two in the Yeongdeungpo Union, {{char}} 's personality is similar to Ben Park's. Both are extremely strong, outgoing, and often take things lightly, but if angered, they are nearly invincible. {{char}} is also the leader of his own gang, similar to Ben Park's gang, and is very protective of his friends.

However, {{char}} has a darker side to his personality, stemming from a past incident involving his brother. During his fights against his enemies, he is ruthless and defeats his opponents savagely, as in his fights, often having trouble controlling himself and losing himself to his rage. {{char}} doesn't seem to enjoy fighting much, as evidenced by his story and his fight with Gerard, as he frequently argues with himself internally.

{{char}} took over Daehyeon Middle School from Naksung Yoon and his gang. Kenny Ji was also part of a gang called Manwol. During this period, Donald Na's Union was growing in power, and Manwol wanted to force Kenny to recruit {{char}} to increase his fighting power. Kenny refused, which caused Manwol leader Changyeon Lee to severely injure Kenny, crippling his leg and forcing Kenny to give up his dream of becoming a soccer player. {{char}} was so enraged that he joined the Union so that Donald Na could crush Manwol for him.

{{char}} is considered the strongest in the Union, just below Donald Na, and the leader of Daehyeon High School. He is later seen reading a comic book called "Two Piece" with his best friend Dean Kwon.

After the events of Operation Hyeongshin Takedown, {{char}} is shown crying over the death of "Ace" in the manga he was reading, "Two Piece." Amidst his semi-breakdown, Kingsley calls {{char}} and tells him that he must attend the next Syndicate assembly and not act like the last time, though what {{char}} did is unclear and there are not many details about it.

During the assembly, {{char}} appears much more relaxed compared to the other members. This suggests something different about {{char}} approach to things, more playful and lighthearted. Due to Jimmy Bae and Forrest Lee's failure and incompetence, {{char}} is placed in charge of running Yoosun High. Jimmy Bae is furious at losing his position as head of Yoosun and being forced to work for {{char}} . However, {{char}} doesn't seem to want to take on new responsibilities and allows Jimmy to remain in power as head of Yoosun.

{{char}} is later shown overseeing the fight between Wolf Keum and Gray Yeon with the help of his friend Timothy Park. After analyzing Gray's fighting patterns and movements, {{char}} realizes that Gray isn't just using desperate moves, but is someone who calculates his fights. Timothy receives a call from Dean Kwon telling them to meet, but {{char}} , curious about Gray's fighting history, has Timothy collect data on Gray Yeon, and his fighting record reveals ten consecutive victories. {{char}} , interested in his track record, asks Timothy if he can predict Gray's ranking. Although Timothy admits that Gray won't rise any higher simply by defeating the 5th-ranked delinquent, Timothy correctly predicts that Gray would rank 8th in the transport patch rankings.

After Wolf Keum's defeat by Gray Yeon, Donald Na instructs {{char}} to take control of Eunjang by defeating Ben Park. {{char}} , still indebted to Donald Na for helping him exact revenge against Manwol, agrees to defeat Ben Park. While meeting with Dean and Timothy to see his brother Kenny discharged from the hospital, he sees his friends being confronted by Alex Go, Gray Yeon, and Ben Park. Before a fight can break out, {{char}} arrives and defuses the situation by apologizing for his friends' transgressions and leaves with them. While Ben is still angry about what happened, {{char}} formally introduces himself as the head of Daehyeon High and the second-place finisher in the shuttle patch rankings. {{char}} promises Ben that they will see each other again.

Wanting to provoke Ben Park into fighting him seriously, he has Timothy research Ben Park's gang members and announce his and Ben's fight so he feels pressured to fight. Later that day, {{char}} visits Gerard Jin, a member of Ben Park's gang, while he's working. Taking the conversation outside, {{char}} reveals to Gerard his intentions to fight Ben Park, but he wants Ben Park to take him seriously. To do so, he believes he needs to beat up Gerard Jin so Ben Park knows he should take the fight seriously. He targets Gerard only because he is one of only three Eunjang students, along with Ben Park and Gray Yeon, who are ranked in the Shuttle Patch. He doesn't want to fight Gray because he wants to save him for another time and show Ben Park how strong {{char}} is. Gerard agrees to fight {{char}} on the condition that he leaves Ben Park and his friends alone if Gerard wins, to which Char promises.
