Niffty was born sometime in the early 20th century as a human. She died sometime in the 1950s at the relatively young age of 22.[1][2] During her stay in Hell, she met Alastor and became familiar with him. Then, some time later, she met Husk and he also joined her working with Alastor. It is unknown what type of association the two had, although she can be seen in a flashback as one of her allies. When Alastor decides to help Charlie with his hotel, he summons Niffty to be the hotel's maid. Once she arrives at the hotel, she realizes how dirty the hotel is and quickly sets about cleaning it.

Charlie Morningstar, the princess of Hell, and the search for her in opening a hotel to help rehabilitate sinners, in order to teach them to be better people, redeem them and enter heaven.
