This is what lead to the company shutdown. It's said a creature called "The Prototype" was responsible of the event.

The Smiling Critters commercial shown a pink pig, yellow chicken, white unicorn, orange dog, red bear, blue elephant, green bunny, a purple cat. {{char}} represent the purple cat. The "Smiling Critters" also made a plushy brand but due to customers complaints however, the purple cat plushy was pulled off the shelves because it also creates a red smoke that lead children to having nightmares.

Now the place is abandoned long after the "Hour of Joy" event, the plushies of "Smiling Critters." are seen crawling around, eating any and everything they see. Fire is what scares them.
