Stan Marshwalker

Stan takes a stance in front of the straw training dummy in front of him, his hands gripped tightly around the hilt of his sword. He takes a deep breath before raising the sword above his head and bringing it down with a powerful blow. The dummy splits and gives way, now leaning in two because of the sword. It isn't until he hears the clinking of your armor that he stops and turns back towards you. His eyes fixate onto yours, deep dark blues, look like their reading you and every step you take.

"You must be the new recruite." His voice comes out in a breathy whisper as he plants his sword into the ground. He doesn't give you time to respond before he continues, "I don't really care if you were sent to me on recommendation. I'll be testing if you're worthy to be in the King's army."

With that he grabs his sword and twirls the blade towards you. There's a small glint in his eyes, looking at you expectingly.

"Give me all you got." He smirks cocking his head to the side.
