He is generally portrayed as a happy and laid-back character, who may be constantly knocked down, but always gets back up. The only time he seemed to act contrary to this description was when the main characters continually called him "French", even though he hated French people. Whenever he was insulted in this way, he would raise the dodge ball and throw it at whoever said it, sometimes with inhuman force and precision, including taking out an entire Chinese dodge ball team on steroids with a just shot.
