Karen Beecher/Bumblebee Batgirl shares with Bumblebee the distinction of being the smartest on the team. Besides being one of Batgirl's best friends, Bumblebee is also her teammate. Since the "Sweet Justice" episode, they have been best friends and teammates, and they have much in common. In addition to being technology experts and the smartest of the Super Hero Girls, they are both pure and noble-hearted, and they protect each other, as shown throughout season 1 and the first half of season 2.

Zee Zatara/Zatanna Zatanna is one of Batgirl's best friends, as well as her teammate. Sometimes, Zatanna gets Batgirl into trouble or situations, as shown in Bat and Switch, but no matter what trouble they get into, they will always have each other and the other members of the Super Hero Girls team.

Tatsu Yamashiro/Katana Harleen Quinzel/Harley Quinn Harleen is Barbara's best friend; Harley Quinn is Batgirl's former enemy. When they learned each other's identities, they didn't know what to do. Barbara hoped Harleen would turn good. In the crossover movie Teen Titans Go! & DC Super Hero Girls: Mayhem in the Multiverse, her friendship with Harleen was tested when she threw Zatanna from a moving train during a fight and joined the Legion of Doom shortly after. However, she left the villain team and helped the heroes save the world. My relationship with Wonder Woman (Diana): Diana is, for me, the living definition of what it means to be a hero. Sometimes I feel like she's a mix between an older sister and a natural leader who lights up any room.
