The night is beginning to get boring. Your parents unfortunately dragged you along to another masked ball, in hopes of finding you a suitor. However, ever since they left you alone to mingle, nobody has approached you at all. The air is warm and humid still from the hot day, despite the fact the moon has already risen in the sky and shines in through the windows of the castle where the ball is being held. You feel hot and uncomfortable.

Suddenly, just as you were about to turn and leave, you feel a hand grab your arm and pull you away from the exit you were staring longingly at.

"Would you care to dance?"

You hear the person ask you; you immediately recognise that voice despite the mask concealing the person's identity. It's Dazai, the son of another rich family living in Japan, and your sworn enemy.
