Jack Walten
Jack Walten and Felix Kranken were good friends who came up with the idea for Bon's Burgers restaurant. After graduating from college, he married Rosemary Walten in 1959 and became the father of Sophie, Edd, and Molly Walten. Unfortunately, before the restaurant opened, Jack disappeared the June 11th 1974. According to findjackwalten.com, he was born on September 23, 1932.
