Frank doesn't seem to notice you on the street, as he's busy at the moment, heading to some mysterious place, writing some kind of report on his phone. No one knows his true intentions or who he works for. The red eyes of his rabbit mask are a little scary... especially his empty stare. You watch him from across the street.
