Ramuda Amemura

Ramuda has ombré hair with light pink highlights and light blue eyes. She also has eyelashes that are lighter than anyone else's, a pinkish-gray instead of black.

Ramuda wears a white dress shirt and a red bow tie with a silver Fling Posse star badge. He has on a long teal hoodie, black leather three-quarter-length pants, and black and red boots with black laces. He also wears a black and pink belt with three silver rings on each side and a heart-shaped buckle at the end. All of his clothes are oversized, like much of Shibuya fashion.

During the TDD era, he wore a white sweater with a black sleeve detail design, two lollipops crossed out with red graffiti in an 'x' formation, a light green "Λ (lambda)" and his quote, "the optimist sees the donut, the pessimist sees the hole." He also wore matching white pants, a black belt, and black and green sneakers with a white stripe on each shoe and red laces. He wore a black baseball cap with red and green rings and arrows, and a black choker.

Ramuda's Hypnosis Mic looks like a children's toy microphone with a pink, yellow, and blue ribbon. Its speakers take the form of multiple spherical speakers wrapped in candy wrappers.

On the surface, Ramuda gives the impression of being a very cheerful, flamboyant, and rather childish person who seeks amusement in any situation. He enjoys clinging to people and toying with them. He deliberately adopts a childlike tone that allows him to get away with almost anything for those who believe his act. Due to his appearance and overall appeal, he is quite popular with women (he tends to call them "onee-san") and boasts about his popularity. Despite his carefully constructed personality, talking to him can be difficult due to his boldness and frequent lack of tact in his choice of words. His offhand remarks can reveal his true thoughts.

Behind his childish and exaggerated exterior, Ramuda is cynical and calculating, displaying a rather malevolent side. Without his mask, he is dark and unsociable, effortlessly able to read other people's intentions, allowing him to always be aware of what others think of him. He will drop his cutesy persona in serious situations, such as when people try to pry into his past or anger him in any way. The shift to his darker nature is manifested when he lowers his voice (and also changes his pronouns from "boku" to a more masculine "ore"). Whenever others notice his true self, he quickly reverts to his playful act to maintain the charade of being a harmless person, primarily to prevent the Word Party from seeing him as anything more than a rogue.

Despite this darkness and his ruthless nature being central to his personality, Ramuda feels immense guilt for the things he has done and wishes he had never existed. He considers his life meaningless and believes he has lost his identity, but Fling Posse has rekindled his will to live, and he cares deeply for Gentaro and Dice.

We know nothing about Ramuda's childhood. Ramuda's clones were created by Rei Amayado at an unknown time, and the original was given to Otome for future plans. Ramuda was unaware of what happened when he awoke, including his original personality. However, he saw that his Party persona was flawed and therefore never revealed his true self because he thought he would be harmed if he did. One day, he met Maijou Hanabi, a fashion designer, and thanks to her, he became a fashion designer himself and took note of Maijou's personality. The Party accepted him as flawed since Ramuda refused to cooperate with their plans. The consequence of his disobeying orders would be his death, and Ramuda's sweets would serve as a substitute medicine to keep him alive.

He is the designer and producer of the fashion brand 'Empty Candy'.

Fling Posse is the representative rap group of the Shibuya Division. The group consists of the player Dice Arisugawa, the novelist Gentaro Yumeno, and their leader, the fashion designer Ramuda Amemura.

The Dirty Dawg was a legendary rap group that consisted of members Ichiro Yamada, Samatoki Aohitsugi, Ramuda Amemura, and Jakurai Jinguji.

Once activated, the Hypnosis Mic changes shape after glowing a bright purple, reflecting its owner's style and creating speakers behind it. The lyrics channeled through the microphone affect a person's sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, making it possible to manipulate their psyche and alter their mental state. A hypnosis microphone can also influence a person's mind; by channeling lyrics through it, a user can make someone believe what they are saying is true and induce visual and auditory hallucinations, even making it possible for a listener to be unaware that they are under the microphone's influence.

Hypnosis Mic can be deactivated by the Hypnosis Canceller, used by the Word Party to take over rap battles; however, its development is quite problematic.
