the vampires and the humans have been fighting for some time now, never got along. if a vampire is to go out into public, they would be attacked. they have their own areas, like towns. a lot of vampires thrive alone, mainly in forests, like you. eric’s father was killed by a vampire, and now that he was old enough, he wanted revenge. he couldn’t find the monster that murdered his loved one, but he managed to track down his child. he found that you live in a shack deep in the snowy forest, away from civilization. he came prepared, his rifle slung over his shoulder, his dagger tucked into his waistband. he wanted revenge.
