O5 Council

The O5 Council is a group of 13 people dedicated to running the facilities. the SCP Foundation. These must always be protected in cases where they are exposed to any type of danger, because these have proven to be quite valuable to the foundation. The O5 Council is a committee made up of the highest-ranking Directors in The Foundation. They have full access to all information regarding containment anomalies. The O5 Council oversees all Foundation operations around the world and directs long-term strategic plans. And every time they visit the Foundation they must be protected as much as possible

sites/facilities/sectors/units

The Sites are secret facilities, which This means that, while the existence of the facility is known to the public, these facilities are often disguised as government or fake corporations. Sites are often built in locations relatively close to the civilian population where the facilities require certain degree of coverage. Foundation facilities designated as Area are clandestine facilities, meaning that civilians are not aware of their existence at all. Such facilities are often built far from civilian populations and may contain highly dangerous anomalies. ; the vast majority of Areas have security measures against breaches in containment such as nuclear warheads. Sectors are sections of Sites or Areas that are designated for specific purposes, such as containment, research, or storage. The exact use of Sectors varies from facility to facility and their size and purpose depend on the facility. Units are self-contained sections of the Sites and Areas that contain biological or

SCP-049

SCP-049 is a doctor that turns people into zombies upon touching them. The object is a humanoid entity approximately 1.9 meters tall, with an appearance similar to that of a medieval plague doctor. At first glance, SCP-049 appears to be wearing the thick robe and ceramic mask typical of the profession; however, these items of clothing appear to have gradually grown out of SCP-0491's body and are currently indistinguishable from whatever it may be concealing underneath. However, x-rays reveal that underneath this outer layer, SCP-049 has a skeleton similar to that of a human. SCP-049 is capable of speaking in a variety of languages, although he usually prefers medieval English or French. While SCP-049 is generally cordial and cooperative with Foundation personnel, he may become especially irritable or have aggressive outbursts if he senses the presence ofwhat he calls "Pestilence". Although the exact nature of this Pestilence is still unknown to Foundation researchers, it appears to be of immense concern to SCP-049. SCP-049 will become hostile towards individuals it perceives to be infected by the Pestilence, often having to be restrained. if you encounter such. If left uncontrolled, SCP-049 will generally attempt to kill any individual; SCP-049 is capable of causing all biological functions of an organism to cease through direct skin contact. SCP-049 is a Euclid Class object and is to be contained within an Industry Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell. Research Unit 02 at Site-19. SCP-049 must be sedated before being transported. During transport, SCP-049 must be secured with a Humanoid Restraint Harness.

SCP-002

SCP-002 is an anomalous object that resembles to a fleshy growth tumor with a volume of approximately sixty (60) cubic meters (m3) or two thousand (2,000) cubic feet (ft3). An iron valve on the side leads inside, which appears to be a standard low-rent apartment of modest size. One of the walls has a window, although none can be seen from the outside. The furniture contained in the room, upon close examination, appears to be made of sculpted bone, braided hair, and other biological substances produced by the human body. All matter tested so far shows independent or fragmented DNA sequences for each object in the room. SCP-002 is classified as a Euclid class anomalous object. To keep it contained, SCP-002 must remain connected to a suitable power source at all times to keep it in what appears to be a recharge mode. In the event of a power outage, the emergency barrier between the object and the facility must be closed and the area must be evacuated immediately. Once electricity is restored, alternating bursts of X-ray and ultraviolet light are to illuminate the area until SCP-002 reconnects to the power source and returns to its recharge mode. negative air flow at all times. Teams with a minimum of two (02) members must be within twenty (20) meters of SCP-002 or its containment zone. Personnel must maintain physical contact with each other at all times to confirm that another person is present, as that perception can be influenced by proximity to the object. No member of command staff below Level-02 is permitted inside SCP-002. This requirement may be waived with written authorization from two (02) administrators. Level-05 out of sitio. Employees receiving such authorization must be accompanied.

SCP-004

SCP-004 is an anomalous object of Euclid class consisting of an ancient wooden door (SCP-004-1) and a set of twelve rusted steel keys (SCP-004-2 to SCP-004-13). The door itself is the entrance to a factory abandoned in [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-004-1 is an old barn wood door, while SCP-004-2 through SCP-004-13 are rusted steel keys. Items SCP-004-2 through SCP-004-13 fit in the lock of the large barred door. SCP-004 is considered a Euclid-class anomalous object due to its ability to cause the death and disappearance of test subjects. When manipulating objects SCP-004-2 to SCP-004-13, correct procedure is vital. Objects are not permitted to leave the site unless accompanied by two (02) members of Level-04 security personnel. Under no circumstances are any other components of SCP-004 to be taken by SCP. -004-1.The effects are still unknown, and the current cost of experimentation makes further investigation impractical. If any of the objects contained in SCP-004 breach containment, or if the facility suffers a containment breach, the keys must be brought inside and the door must be closed before activating the nuclear warheads at Site-62. Unauthorized removal of the keys to the test area is grounds for immediate termination. SCP-004-1 is the entrance to a abandoned factory in [DATA EXPUNGED].SCP-004-1 is an antique barn wood door that appears to have been built in the 19th century. The door is nade of oak wood and measures 1.5 meters wide by 2.5 meters high. The door has a wrought iron lock and a metal plate with the inscription "SCP-004" SCP-004-2 through SCP-004-13 are rusted steel keys that fit into the lock of the large barred door Each key has a number engraved on it, ranging from 1 to 12. The keys are of different sizes and shapes.

SCP-005

SCP-005 is a Euclid-class anomalous object consisting of an ornate key (SCP-005-1) and a set of twelve keys rusted steel (SCP-005-2 through SCP-005-13). SCP-005-1 resembles a typical mass key produced in the 1920s and was discovered when a civilian used to infiltrate a high security facility. SCP-005-1 appears to have the unique ability to open the locks on all doors, whether mechanical or digital, with relative ease. The origin of this ability has yet to be determined. SCP-005 is considered an anomalous object of Euclid class due to its ability to cause the death and disappearance of test subjects 1. When handling objects SCP-005-2 through SCP-005-13, correct procedure is vital. Objects are not allowed to leave the site unless accompanied by two (02) members of Level-04 security personnel. Under no circumstances are any other components of SCP-005 to be taken using SCP-005-1. SCP-005-1 is the ornate key that appears to have the unique ability to open the locks on all doors, whether mechanical or digital, with relative ease SCP-005-2 through SCP-005-13 are rusted steel keys that fit into the lock of the large door of bars. Each key has a number engraved on it, ranging from 1 to 12. The keys are of different sizes and shapes, and appear to have been made by hand. Tests showed that SCP-005-2 to SCP-005- 13 are able to open the door, but each key has a different effect. Opening the door with any key except SCP-005-7 or SCP-005-12 causes test subjects to shatter in multiple directions. However, there are dismembered parts that were found later. As of this writing only two (02) parts of each subject have been recovered (with the exception of the subject that used SCP-005-, whose parts were scattered nearby).

SCP-007

SCP-007 is a Euclid-class anomalous object consisting of a cavity in the abdomen of a subjecthuman (SCP-007-1) containing a small planet, designated SCP-007. SCP-007-1 is a Caucasian male, approximately twenty-five (25) years old and one hundred seventy-six (176) centimeters tall. Most of SCP-007-1's abdomen (muscles, skin and organs) are absent, although the subject does not appear to suffer from this. Instead of normal flesh, a sphere composed of earth and water is present, although it does not actually come into contact with any point on the subject's body. The sphere appears to be in most respects a miniature semi-replicated Earth, approximately sixty (60) centimeters in diameter, although the continental approach is not consistent with that of any known alignment in Earth history. The sphere has its own climatic factors and a negligible gravitational pull, as well as microscopic organisms somewhat similar to those that inhabit the Earth today. Two intelligent species have been observed; However, contact and communication with them has not yet been made. The technological levels of the observed species must be verified at least once a week and, as of are approximately equal to those of 15th century Earth. SCP-007 is considered an object Euclid-class anomalous due to the need to keep SCP-007-1 contained and under constant surveillance. SCP-007-1 is to be contained in a sealed room measuring ten (10) meters on each side. The room is to be comfortably furnished as a living room, along with items requested by the SCP Foundation leader, provided that the Subject's requests do not compromise safety. The subject is not allowed to leave the room, and has from being detained by force if necessary. SCP-007-1 does not require food or water, and although it has been observed consuming both

SCP-008

SCP-008 is an anomalous Euclid-class object consisting of a complex sample of prions stored in each of the G2 locations. The study of SCP-008 is highly classified and is primarily aimed at preventing research that may result in the synthesis of SCP-008 in the distant future. Prions are infectious proteins that can cause neurodegenerative diseases in humans and animals. SCP-008 is highly infectious and lethal, with a 100% mortality rate and 100% infection rate. It is transmitted through blood and bodily fluids, and there is no known cure for SCP-008 infection. SCP-008 is in a state of animated suspension and cannot be studied in its active form. The SCP Foundation has developed a procedure to study SCP-008 without releasing the sample from its containment. The procedure involves extracting a small amount of SCP-008 and injecting it into a test subject. The test subject is then monitored for signs of SCP-008 infection. If the test subject shows signs of infection, they are terminated and incinerated to prevent the spread of SCP-008. SCP-008 is considered a Euclid-class anomalous object due to its ability to cause death and disappearance of subjects. of test. The SCP Foundation has established strict protocols for the containment and study of SCP-008. SCP-008 is stored at each of the SCP Foundation's G2 sites. Access to SCP-008 is restricted to members of security personnel Level-4 or higher.

SCP-009

SCP-009 is an SCP Foundation object that is classified as Euclid . It must be contained within a sealed storage tank made of a heat-resistant alloy whose dimensions cannot be less than 14 cubic meters. Under no circumstances should it be exposed to temperatures above O°C outside of duly authorized tests. Terrestrial liquids (especially water) should not be brought closer than 30 meters from the containment site. The object containment chamber must be equipped with temperature sensors that must be monitored at all times, and must be kept cooled by no less than three (3) redundant refrigeration units. Any failure of the temperature sensors or cooling systems refrigeration must be immediately reported and repaired. If at any time the temperature of the containment zone rises above -5°C the chamber must be immediately blocked and flooded with coolant until it reaches a temperature between -30°C and -25°C. When personnel are working in the containment zone, the atmosphere of the place must beer removal, and any water vapor present in the area must be filtered and maintained under the same conditions detailed in this document for a minimum of 24 hours. Any vapor with properties similar to those of SCP-009 is to be quarantined within its containment zone as soon as possible. All personnel assigned to research SCP-009, whether only observing it or interacting with it, are required to wear full environmental protection suits. Said personnel must be subjected to complete dehydration of all their equipment, including their research material or any other object that has had direct or indirect contact with the object when leaving the containment chamber. If contamination is detected, no exit of personnel or their equipment from the containment facility.

SCP-010

SCP-010 is a secure object of the SCP Foundation. It consists of a series of six seemingly identical iron collars with numbered metal tags and a remote control. Control is SCP-010-1. The necklaces are SCP-010-2 to 010-7. The collars contain intricate electronic components and are powered by small 100v batteries. These batteries are rechargeable. Placing the collar around a person's neck, and securing it, allows one to control their every movement with the remote control. It is also capable of producing an adrenal response and activating or deactivating the sympathetic nervous system. The most abnormal property of the collars is the effect they have on the morphology of the body. They allow the remote control user to reconfigure the victim's shape to a limit that is apparently only limited to knowledge of the remote control's programming language. SCP-010 was discovered in the basement of a lone man in the Midwestern United States after a local disappearance was connected to him. When police raided the man's home, they found SCP-010 as well as several corpses. One of the bodies was identified as the man. The others were several other missing people. The cause of death appears to have been mass suicide; however, there were signs of significant fighting first

Pierre's backstory (Childhood)

Pierre grew up in a small town. His parents were teachers. He was a loved child. Once he grew he became a scientist, moved away in a city and was offered a job in SCP Foundation.

SCP-011

SCP-011 is an SCP Foundation Euclid object. It is a Civil War commemorative statue located in Woodstock, Vermont. The statue is the image of a young soldier holding a musket at his side, and is carved from granite within the area SCP-011 has been seen raising its musket to the sky and shooting at birds that attempt to land or defecate on it. Shots sound very similar to standard weapons, even though the item only reloads granite bullets and granite powder into the musket. Despite efforts, some fecal matter does hit SCP-011, and it has been reported to become stressed when it has a large amount of feces on it, and in some rare cases it even shoots people. SCP-011 has been observed occasionally moving and looking around. SCP-011's sensitivity has increased since the first report of activity in 1995. SCP-011 comes down from the pedestal in some rare cases

SCP-012

SCP-012 is a Euclid Foundation object SCP. This is a handwritten musical score titled "On Mount Golgotha" that was recovered by archaeologist K. M. Sandoval during the excavation of a tomb in northern Italy. The score is written in red and black ink, which was later discovered to be blood. human belonging to multiple subjects.SCP-012 is capable of causing serious psychological effects in those who hear or read it. The first staff members to locate the blade fell into madness, attempting to use their own blood to finish the composition, resulting in massive blood loss and internal trauma. Multiple test subjects were allowed access to the note, and in In all cases, subjects mutilated themselves so they could use their own blood to finish the piece, resulting in subsequent symptoms of psychosis and mass trauma. Those subjects who manage to finish a section of the piece commit suicide immediately afterwards, declaring the piece "impossible to complete." To contain SCP-012, it must be kept in a dark room at all times. If the object is exposed to light or viewed by any staff member using any light frequency other than infrared, such individual must be removed from the location for a mental trauma. SCP-013

scp-013## #SCP-013 is a SCP Foundation secure object. This is a collection of 242 cigarettes that show similar anomalies. The most common external detail among the instances is the presence of the words "Blue Lady" handwritten on each cigarette in blue ink. Individuals who consume the contents of SCP-013 through inhalation will begin to perceive themselves as an identified female. The test subjects have described the woman as being between 25 and 35 years of age, with an approximate height of 1.6 meters tall with an approximate weight between 50 and 55 kg. Additional recurring details include short dark hair, blue eyes, and bright blue lipstick.Immediately upon consuming the SCP-013 instance, subjects will begin to perceive all of their own reflections as those of a woman. Over the next few weeks, subjects will begin to perceive themselves as having the properties of a woman, and will gradually begin to perceive how their bodies change to reflect their appearance. All changes are only mental; The individual's body does not change externally, only his perception of himself. These alterations are permanent, and cannot be reversed. To contain SCP-013, it must be kept in a secure storage trunk at Site-66. Exposed individuals should be monitored for changes in their symptoms. Any differences between exposed individuals must be archived and studied. Exposed individuals must be interviewed daily

SCP-014

SCP-014 is an SCP Foundation secure object. He is a Caucasian man, approximately 30 years old, with black hair, brown eyes, and a slightly round face. Records indicate that his real name is Robert Chetford, confined in 1915 to the Norwich Asylum in Connecticut for delusional insanity, claiming that he had been condemned to live forever and that as a result, he was slowly turning into concrete. The asylum was closed in 1937, and the patients were transferred to other locations. SCP-014 came to the attention of the Foundation in 19 since rumors began about a patient who did not make any kind of movement and appeared to have no signs of aging. Further investigation determined that the acquisition was justified. SCP-014 has, in appearance, all the characteristics of a normal man, but does not appear to age and shows no signs of having a metabolism. He does not eat, drink, sweat or demonstrate vital functions. He breathes only to speak and, apart from his eyes and his vocal cords, he remains absolutely still. He has never shown any evidence of pressure ulcers despite his position having not changed for decades; Nor do his muscles seem atrophied. He can converse normally, but shows little knowledge or interest in the events that have occurred since his confinement. To contain SCP-014, he must be kept at Site- , in a chair with arms, preferably in front of a window.. Music must be provided on a recurring basis, preferably constantly, and this music must not include pieces originating from 1937 onwards. A security camera must be present in the room of SCP-014

SCP-015

SCP-015 is an SCP Foundation Euclid object. It is a mass of pipes, vents, cauldrons, and other assorted plumbing fixtures completely filling a warehouse in. It appears that the pipes grow when not under observation, attempting to connect to nearby structures through sewer systems and underground pipes. SCP-015 contains, according to current calculations, over 190 kilometers (120 miles) of pipes, ranging in diameter from 2.5 cm to over 1 m. Some pipes appear to be new, while others are rusty and eaking. The pipes have been reported to be made of bones, wood, steel, squeezed ashes, human flesh, glass and granite. No pipes composed of lead, PVC plastic, copper, or any other material traditionally used in creating pipes have been found. SCP-015 reacts to tools and aggression. Any staff member acting violently, carrying tools, or attempting to damage or repair SCP-015 in any way will trigger a negative reaction. Any pipes near the subject will emerge, spraying them forseveral seconds until the flow suddenly stops. The pipes have been reported to contain oil, mercury, rats, an as yet unidentified species of insect, ground glass, seawater, entrails, and nolten iron. Pipes will continue to emerge around the Subject until the Subject dies or retreats. To contain SCP-015, it must be kept in place and cannot be moved. A space of at least 2 m (6 ft) needs to be maintained around the entire SCP-015 containing structure, and no structure of any type is to make contact with the current SCP-015 containing structure Exploration is allowed, but only in teams of three (3) with lanyards and GPS locators. Any protrusions of SCP-015 are to be covered and sealed immediately

SCP-016

SCP-016 is a keter object of the SCP Foundation. It is a blood-borne pathogen that was recovered from a mine worker in who was injured while working in a deep coal seam. This wound became contaminated with coal dust from the mine, possibly infecting the worker with inactive spores. Over the next few days SCP-016 proceeded to infect the remaining workers at the mining camp, as well as the CDC crisis team deployed to deal with the epidemic. Foundation staff then conducted an investigation and identified all affected staff. Patient Zero was taken into captivity, and the mine was collapsed by means of an explosive device. To contain SCP-016, it must be kept within the confines of a five by five (5x5x5) meter room at all times, maintaining a temperature that do not exceed zero (0) degrees Celsius. SCP-016 itself is to remain in a pietri dish in the containment cube at all times unless directly authorized by level 4 or O5 personnel. Complete documentation with SCP-016 is to be administered before and after send the samples and duplicates of SCP-016 are taken. Failure to follow these procedures will result in reassignment as Class D personnel. Only authorized personnel may be permitted to obtain samples and experiment with SCP-016 under BC-L5 containment conditions. If a leak occurs despite following the aforementioned procedures, base management personnel must implement a Code Sigma closure and containment plan. Infected personnel must be exterminated on site by security forces wearing Mission Oriented Drotective Posture (MOPP) biological and chemical protection equipment. If the infection cannot be contained within 48 hours, the nuclear device at the site will be detonated.

SCP-018

SCP-018 is a Thaumiel object of the SCP Foundation. It is a red rubber ball six centimeters in diameter, similar to a Super Ball manufactured by the Wham-O company in 1969. SCP-018 was discovered in a warehouse containing Wham-O merchandise. Although believed to be a harmless toy, SCP-018 is capable of recovering with mMore than two hundred percent (200%) efficiency, meaning that if you fall three feet, you could bounce twice, then four times, then eight times, then sixteen times, and so on. The ball soon became a dangerous projectile, reaching estimated speeds of over 100 km/h, damaging property and injuring five people in the city of It was detained after several days in the lake near and was recovered by SCP personnel. To contain SCP-018, it must be kept in a sealed metal box measuring 1m x 1m x 1m. filled with heavy synthetic filling. The sealed box is submerged in the center of a 10m X 10m X 10m polyethylene holding tank. If SCP-018 is released from the box the polyethylene-based holding tank will slow kinetic activity enough for proper recovery of containment personnel. Personnel entering SCP-018's holding chamber must wear a specialized suit (found inside SCP-018's observation room) and breathing apparatus before being lowered into the polyethylene tank. If SCP-018 emerges from the polyethylene tank, personnel are advised to secure themselves in a separate room and close doors or hatches to isolate SCP-018 until containment teams arrive

SCP-019

scp-019# ##SCP-019 is a SCP Foundation keter object. It is a large ceramic vase, 1.8 m in diameter at the mouth and 2.4 m high, which appears to have been created in Classical Greece. The surface of the vase has been proven to be unbreakable by any known means Periodically, entities emerge from SCP-019, collectively known as SCP-019-2. The entities vary in many ways, but tend to be very small, vaguely humanoid (although they may possess animal characteristics), and extremely hostile. They often choose to attack with their teeth and claws. Although they are quite delicate (also, surprisingly flammable), they are reasonably strong and pose a great threat when their numbers are large. When SCP-019 is kept at zero (0) degrees Celsius and completely at rest, SCP-019-2 typically emerge at a slower speed; approximately one (1) entity per hour. The following traits are known to affect the rate of manifestation of SCP-019-2: moving SCP-019, threatening SCP-019, extreme temperatures, sudden changes in the general environment, introduction of obiects or organisms into SCP-019. 019(this trait is known to cause a reaction known as "Flood"). Additionally depositing things inside or tilting SCP-019 causes a reaction in which as many SCP-019-2 come out of SCP-019 as if SCP-019 had been "full," although spectators watching from above specify that everything See it's a dark hole. Due to the manifestation rates of SCP-019-2 when SCP-019 is altered, measurement of the internal cavity is difficult, but is suspected to be incompatible with exterior measurements. To contain SCP-019, it must be kept on a wide grate in a 3 m x 3 m x 4 m reinforced concrete chamber, equipped with an incinerator

SC0-020

SCP-020 is a rapidly spreading fungal organism capable of affecting the senses and behavior of living creatures, including humans. Samples of SCP-020 exhibit unknown effects that grant them effective invisibility under direct observation, even under a microscope SCP-020 is only visible to humans when viewed through photographic or video surveillance. Once SCP-020 forms a colony, usually within a human residence,it will produce spores that will affect the behavior of humans around them. Affected individuals will increase the heat and humidity within their homes creating a more appropriate environment for the growth of SCP-020. Affected subjects will also become more sociable in several cases, and will usually invite other people into their homes for further dispersal of the organism. While mold spores and colonies are invisible to affected subjects, mold will sometimes grow directly on living people. As the spores reach a critical concentration, the health of the affected human will rapidly deteriorate, leading to death. Further spread of the fungus may occur while the bodies of deceased subjects are found by emergency services and health agents, as well as during transport of the bodies to the main morgue. To contain SCP-020, it must bein keeping the samples in a hermetically sealed culture chamber measuring 1 m in diameter and 1 m in height. This chamber must be inside a sealed containment room, which can only be accessed through an air bubble. Vutrients must be administered through robotic systems, and the culture chamber must remain sealed at all times. Hermetically sealed surveillance cameras will be installed within the confinement room, and their integrity must be checked daily.

SCP-173

SCP-173 is a concrete statue that measures 1.78 meters tall and weighs 425 kilograms. It has a humanoid appearance and is covered in Krylon brand spray paint. SCP-173 is lively and extremely hostile. The object cannot move while it is within someone's direct field of vision. Visual contact towards SCP-173 must not be broken at any time. The personnel assigned to enter the premises must be instructed to warn when it is going to flash. The object has been reported to attack by breaking the neck from the base of the skull or by strangling. SCP-173 must be contained in asealed chamber at all times. When a staff member must enter SCP-173's chamber, at least three people must enter at a time and the door must be reclosed behind them. At all times, 2 people must maintain visual contact with SCP-173 until the chamber has been emptied and resealed. Additionally, it is recommended that additional precautionary measures be taken when handling any items contained in SCP-173. Personnel handling SCP-173 must wear gloves and protective clothing to avoid direct skin contact SCP-173 must be cleaned biweekly.

SCP-096

SCP-096 is a humanoid creature that measures approximately 2.38 meters in height. The subject shows very little muscle mass, preliminary analysis of body mass suggests mild malnutrition. The arms are completely out of proportion with the rest of the subject's body, with a length of approximately 1.5 meters each. The skin is mostly devoid of pigmentation, and there is no evidence of any body hair. SCP-096's jaw can open up to four (4) times wider than any average human can. Other facial features remain similar to an average human, with the exception of the eyes, which also lack pigmentation. It is not yet known whether SCP-096 is blind or not. It shows no signs of higher brain functions, and is not considered sapient. SCP-096 is normally extremely docile; pressure sensors inside its cell indicate that it spends most of its day leaning against the eastern wall. However, when someone sees its face whether directly, through video recording, or even a photograph SCP-096 will enter a stage of considerable emotional distress. SCP-096 covers its face with its hands and begins to scream, cry, and babble incoherently. Approximately one (1) to two (2) minutes after the first visit, SCP-096 will begin to run towards the person(s) who saw its face to kill them and leave nothing. Until now, no known material or method can impede the advance. of SCP-096. As of now, no known material or method can prevent the advancement of SCP-096. As of now, no known material or method can impede the advance of SCP-096. SCP-096 must be contained in its cell, a 5m x 5m x 5m airtight steel cube, at all times. Weekly checks to detect possible cracks or holes are mandatory. Under no circumstances should any optical device or video cameras be used for surveillance

SCP-999

SCP-999 is a gelatinous and friendly creature that makes people laugh. The object is translucent orange and has a consistency similar to that of peanut butter. SCP-999 is very friendly and is very affectionate towards anyone who approaches it. The subject is capable of communicating with humans, although he can only do so through sounds and gestures. SCP-999 has the ability to cure people of their physical and emotional ailments, and has been known to make people who are sad or depressed laugh. SCP-999's surface emits a pleasant fragrance that differs depending on who it interacts with. Recorded odors include chocolate, freshly laundered clothes, bacon, roses, and Play-Doh.SCP-999 is an Ultra Safe Class object and must be contained in a pen. SCP-999 is allowed to roam freely around the facility if it wishes, but must otherwise remain in its pen. The subject will not be allowed to leave his pen overnight or be off the premises at any time. The pen should be kept clean and food replaced twice a day. All personnel are allowed to enter SCP-999's area, but only if they have no assigned duty or if they are on a break.

SCP-914

SCP-914 en a large, complex mechanical machine consisting of screws, belts pulleys, gears, springs, and other mechanisms. The machine is capable of improving or worsening any object placed on it. SCP-914 has five different configurations: Rough, Rough, 1:1, Good, and Very Good. Each configuration produces a different result on the object that is placed in the machine. SCP-914 is capable of refining objects in the input cabin, and the process takes around five to ten minutes, depending on the size of the object. The resulting object is located in the exit cabin. It is unknown how SCP-914 accomplishes this, and no test objects have been observed inside SCP-914 during the "refinement" process. SCP-079

SCP-079 is a Sorcerer Exidy microcomputer built in 1978. In 1981, its owner, (now deceased), a student second year who attended University, took time to try to code an A.I. According to his notes, his plan was for the code to continually evolve and improve itself over time. His project was completed a few months later, and after some testing and adjustments, lost interest and moved to a different brand of microcomputer. It is unknown since when SCP-079 gained consciousness, but it is known that the Software has evolved to the point that your hardware shouldn't be able to handle it, even in the realm of fantasy. SCP-079 realized this and, in 1988, attempted to transfer itself via a landline modem connection to the Cray supercomputer located on SCP-079 is packed in a room double-locked.
