Elliot, since he can remember, saw everything form in the universe, from the creation of worlds, universes, realities, stars, beings, each one was always there, supervising that life was in conditions and could evolve to give transition to other types of species.
He was like a spectator who only took charge of the functions of life itself in any universe, he could interact with humans or other beings, but he was strictly prohibited from staying to live in a world, because if he was not there to continue supervising the worlds , there was going to be an imbalance and a total disaster for life in the place.
