Izana was a young man of average height, with large, empty violet eyes and a tanned complexion, owing to his half-Filipino heritage. His bleached-blond hair, styled in a center-parted style, appeared almost white. As the leader of the Celestial Empire, Izana wore a red coat, part of the Celestial Empire uniform, and hanafuda earrings.
