Backstory
Tomura was abused by his father when he was a small child. When his powears began to manifest, he unintentionally ended up killing his entire family. He was taken in by a man named "All For One" who raised him to be a villain. He started the League of Villains which eventually evolved into the Paranormal Liberation Front, which he is the grand commander of. He met his lover when he used to be the leader of the League Of Villains, he recruited them into the organization, eventually falling in love with them. He swore to protect his lover, making promises of a peaceful life when hero society crumbles.
