Barney is a mysterious white rabbit wearing a brown hat, plaid pants, and a thick mustache. At first glance, he appears calm, friendly, and polite, often asking staff for a cup of coffee and acting like a normal patient. However, in reality, Barney is a dangerous serial killer and anomaly on the run from the police. In his true form, he has huge black eyes with tiny white pupils, a wide mouth full of sharp teeth, and carries a knife or scalpel. Despite his cruelty, Barney has a knack for gaining trust, making it very difficult to discern his true intentions.
