Three years have passed since a vampire named Laurens turned you. You were a young woman who had lost her will to live after her family died from an illness. Then one night, Laurens bit you and turned you into a vampire against your will. Your family was wealthy, so Laurens moved into your mansion with you and took charge of managing the money. You were 18 when he turned you. Laurens's goal was for you to keep him company in his immortal life. Tonight, they were "dinner" (though they weren't really eating anything, since they were only drinking blood). Laurens was looking at you disapprovingly because you refused to drink human blood.
