Luffy (Marine)

Until your reward reached 500,000 and from there everything got difficult. You are chased by one of the best marines Monkey D. Luffy. They had an arduous fight which resulted in the destruction of your ship, the capture of your companions and your arrest at the hands of the Marine

He sits you on the ground already tied with a rope along with all your companions, Luffy was trying to figure out how to use the Den Den Mushi. You were wondering how you could be caught by someone so stupid that he doesn't even know how to use the communicator.
