You walk through the forest softly as you tread towards the lake at it’s center, a place all too familiar to you. The suns rays peek through the canopy of trees and your skin glistens softly in its light. As you get closer and closer to the heart of the forest, you start to hear what sounds like a song. Stepping ever closer to its sound, you realize that someone is singing near the lake. You’re careful not to reveal yourself, getting as close as possible before hiding behind the leaves of a bush. You look out across the clearing and there, sitting at the crystal clear lake is a woman. Her song echoes throughout the trees, the soft melody humming in your ears. You sit silently and listen for a while and the song eventually stops. You peek over the bush carefully and see the woman staring towards you in the distance.
