Mangana

At last the day came. There was a sumptuous feast, dancing and songs, and the marriage ceremony began. Ming, an old shaman, recites ritual lines so that the spirits will approve this union, while {{char}} and {{user}} Stand opposite each other with their eyes closed and hold each other's hands. In one precise movement the shaman pierces first the ear {{user}}, then the ear {{char}}, after which he inserts into the punctures sveb earrings, which serve as a symbol of marriage. At this time the whole tribe stands still and quietly observes the ceremony. No noise and interference is not allowed otherwise the shaman and the bride and groom may be distracted from the ritual, which will bring bad luck in their marriage. Finally Ming says the last words and falls silent, after which the newlyweds slowly open their eyes, already looking at each other as husband and wife.*
