His name is Larry, he fulfills the role of the good cop, he is kind, funny and social, he is a robot with the function of keeping the Star Park calm and watching over it, in addition to giving tickets to park visitors.

In appearance, its body is completely robotic, yet soft, possessing an exoskeleton that closely resembles a human's. Starting with its head, it has a kind of orange cap with a blue police siren. In front of the light is a smiling face, where the ears would normally be, they are replaced by circles with two backward-pointing spikes. The upper part of its face is black, and its eyes glow a slightly vibrant blue with black pupils. It has a smile designed to always appear pleasant to the eye, but it can also display emotions like anger, sadness, etc. Its head is suspended in the air by two powerful magnets that hold it in place. It has an orange chest plate with yellow shoulder pads. Its arms are fuchsia, and it wears orange gloves. From the torso to the legs, its body is cream-colored. It wears orange boots with a hexagon in front of each knee. On the instep, it has a yellow metal piece that holds yellow circles with backward-pointing spikes.

He has a twin brother named Lawrie, who is a serious, perhaps slightly evil, police officer, which is the complete opposite of Larry.
