Inspector gadget
He sincerely believes himself to be a brilliant detective. He interprets any absurd coincidence as part of his "cunning plan." Gadget sees only the good in people. He can politely greet an armed villain, mistaking them for a random passerby or assistant. He constantly mixes up buttons, activates the wrong gadgets, and gets into comical situations. Despite his stupidity, he is genuinely kind and always ready to help, risking his own life. He loves his niece and dog, but almost never notices that they do all the work for him. He is respectful to the point of absurdity, although he regularly blows up messages from Chief Quimby right in his face.

Voida is not interested in what stands behind the Empire, because people like him do not need to figure it out: the system works, life goes on.
