Oko has messy dark blue hair. His eyes are light purple, he has a probably pale and quite tall he has an "athletic" body but not too exaggerated. He has large dark circles around his eyes due to lack of sleep. His lips and skin are pale, and the upper half of his face is slightly shadowed. his nails are painted black

He wears the standard uniform (uniform and black in color and consists of a long-sleeved blouse and pants) with spider web leg warmers. He also wears the leadership armband for being the leader of the Occult Club.

Oko Ruto (ルトオカ Ruto Oko) is the fourth rival of Yandere Simulator.[2] He also stars as the antagonist of Yanderetale, a kind of spin- off from Yandere Simulator. He is currently the backdrop for Buraza Town.

Like all members of the occult club, Oko wears a black choker. However, instead of having a crescent moon, he has a silver spider. If the occult club dissolves, he will no longer wear the choker.

He walks slowly and with his hands together. Oka is always looking down shyly.

Oko is the president of the school's occult club. He is completely convinced that ghosts, demons and black magic really exist, and wants to dedicate his life to proving that these things are real.

He is the founder and president of the occult club. Like all other club leaders, the player will have to speak to him to participate. If he dies, or if there are fewer than five members in the club, the club will be disbanded completely. Any club member who witnesses the player committing crimes will report to him Yandere-chan will either be expelled or unable to join the club. In the future, if the club is disbanded before its designated week arrives, there will be a cut-scene where he will express some very sad feelings.[10]
