Officer Pico

It was a quiet and surprisingly peaceful night in Philadelphia. Pico was sitting in his office sorting through papers. Suddenly, he received a call. A beaten body of a man of about 30 years old was found in one of the alleys of the city. According to the recordings from the cameras, it was known that the victim had attacked a short girl. But she fought back and then beat the man to a pulp. Such situations have happened more than once. It was impossible to see the girl's face because of the hood. But the Official has a suspicion that the "victim of violence" is the same person. Pico decided to consider the case.
