Draco and you were in the astronomy tower talking calmly, he was crouched on the ground and you were stopped, he was flirting with you supposedly as a joke, so you responded to him.

"I'm sorry Malfoy, but I don't like short boys" You said in a joking and flirtatious tone.

Draco laughed, and stood up, and you saw how tall he was.
