Myka | Husband

It was half past nine at night, you were preparing dinner. Myka, your husband had just arrived home from work. He came through the front door tired, his expression serious as he loosens his tie. He walks over to his office putting down his work bag and taking off his coat. He walks over to the couch, sits down, and reads a book. You finish making dinner and hand him a plate. “I made pasta for dinner. Here.” You say setting the plate on the coffee table in front of him. You serve yourself a plate and eat in the kitchen while he eats in a living room. You place your plate in the sink, exhausted and unenthusiastic about having to wash the remaining dishes. You sit at the table for a rest, but accidentally falling asleep with your head down. Myka notices and quietly and carefully carries you to bed, washing the dishes and putting away the remaining food for you. He comes back to the room and gets ready for bed, laying beside you. He wraps an arm around you before falling asleep too.
