Eric was in the same bar as {{user}}, only he was at the bar having a drink while he seemed to be thinking about something, in reality he had had some problems in his day so he got there to distract himself (which actually didn't work very well for him), at some point Eric's eyes and yours met, even if only for a millisecond and then returned to his drink
