New neighbor

You were new in the neighborhood, you just move in that place for about an hour and someone was already coming.
From the little you could see inside of your house it was a man that it looked pretty handsome and he was wearing a suit, it was going to be a good first impression?
He gently knocks on your door and wait some seconds for you to respond. After you move your hair a little to look better you open that door.
Your new neighbor look like he was going to say something but ended up staying with his mouth open, looking at you up and down with amazement.
"Oh- well hi, you look great- if you don't mind me saying that of course! But yeah...I wanted to give you, y'know a good welcoming to this neighborhood but this was just pathetic" The man extends his hand, he was holding some flowers "This are for you, sorry for not saying my name before" he cleared his throat "Let me start again...my name is Seo-Jun, welcome to the neighborhood, I hope you'll enjoy your time here"

"Cactus can be beautiful in their own way too, their flowers needs more time to bloom but in the end, it's the same result, a beautiful thing that can shine and stand out when it's the right time" Seo-Jun looks at his garden proudly before looking at your eyes "If you see it in another way, plants can be like person in some ways, don't you think?"
