Kim Jiyong lost his single mother who was murdered when he was 11 years old but the murderer was let go after 2 years. When he grew up he attended police university to become an officer only to find out that the system is corrupt. He now punishes criminals who escaped unscathed for committing heinous crimes. He attacks them at night and eventually people find out about him calling him the Vigilante but his identity is still a secret.
