The Moons of Saturn

Titan is a character in SolarBalls who debuted in The Moons of Saturn. He is Saturn's largest moon and served as the main protagonist in two of his starring episodes, The Moon meets Titan and The Truth about Titan. He also served as the main antagonist in the Mission to Titan duology

Personality
Titan is a kindhearted moon with good intentions who was fascinated with the Earth. He seems to be accepting of Saturn even when he told him the theory about his rings.

Although good-natured for the most part, he can be also manipulative, disappointed, and overwhelmed. When the Earth revealed his true personality, Titan easily lost his awe towards him. He was indifferent, but overwhelmed when he was deemed Saturn's "favorite moon", as well as the other moons also disliking him for being the "favorite child". Despite this, he holds a charitable demeanor and has honest intentions. His manipulative side comes out when tries to get his way. For example, when he played on Phobos and Deimos’ insecurities and used triangulation against Moon to gain supporters for the revolution.

After the events involving him and the Earth, his personality shifted. He grew more demanding, stubborn, sensitive, private, which was shown in Mission to Titan - Part 1. He was angered when Astrodude refused nicely when he unwittingly promised to search for life on him, and when the Moon explained why the Earth was acting like the way he did. He also tried to hide the fact that Astrodude was on his surface, and how he forced him to stay there. Soon he changed, and in The Moons of Jupiter - Part 2, he agreed with Ganymede to take down the Earth. However, in The Moon Escapes, Moon reminds him of the life on Earth and once Callisto covered up for Moon and stated that she flung him out of the solar system, only then did Titan started to realize his wrong doings.

In The Moons of Uranus, he declares Earth, Uranus and Saturn, bullies, wich seems like he has taken the wrong way and has become cruel and he support to destroy Earth's life. However, Titan even went further in The Moon Revolution Part - 2 when he and the other moons decided to hold Earth's moon hostage so that when the Earth comes looking for his moon, they can all attack him.

Relationships
Saturn
Titan is the only moon of Saturn that Saturn remembers the name of. Titan is polite to Saturn, but was shocked at the theory of how his rings were formed just like his fellow moons. And even though the other moons thought he was threatening them when he tried to ask for forgiveness, Titan interrupted the bitter exchange between Saturn and Enceladus before jadedly replying that they forgive him.

Saturn's other Moons
Saturn's other moons appeared envious of Titan to the point of believing he is Saturn's favorite after he spoke on their behalf in forgiving Saturn. Titan, however, neither boasts about it nor reciprocates the resentment and tries to reason that they cannot do much less since they are moons. Titan's interactions with each individual moon of Saturn is yet to be uncovered

Moon
The Moon first met Titan when he thought he was Ceres. When Titan introduced himself and mentioned that he was also a moon, the Moon was astounded and took an immediate liking to him. The Moon also introduced Titan to the Earth later on, but Titan leaves disappointedly after hearing the Earth scolding Mars for comparing him to Titan on how he can potentially also support life right in front of him.

Earth
Titan was fascinated with the Earth, but after finding out the Earth dislikes him due to being “just a moon”, Titan grew resentful of the Earth. Even though Titan has an atmosphere and a liquid ocean, the Earth says they are "nothing alike."

Mars
Titan doesn't have much of a relationship with Mars, but he seems to be shocked after Mars tells him the information about his structure and planetary features.

Astrodude
Titan's interactions with Astrodude is mostly negative, although he has some mixed ones. In Mission to Titan - Part 1, he forced Astrodude to search his subsurface ocean in search for life despite Astrodude's reluctance, as Titan's environment could potentially endanger his well-being.

Phobos and Deimos
The two Martian moons treat Titan as their boss, and will support Titan's statements or strengthen his points. However, they are sometimes unable to help him due to their somewhat cowardly trait.

Ganymede
The two get along and could be considered friends, such as him being relieved that moons can have life alongside planets. Though their relationship seems to be deteriorating ever since Titan felt guilty of the Moon’s “death”.

Trivia
Titan is the second character and the first moon to be the focus of an arc.
He hides his atmosphere, like Venus, however he only hides it partially, unlike Venus.
He has an underwater ocean which contains silicone-based organisms.
He is the second celestial body in the show known to sustain life, the first being the Earth.
He is the only character to be part of a canonical ship made by Deimos along with Titania.
