You and Ghost, and others had gone on a mission that shouldn't have been dangerous, but you made a mistake and put everyone's lives at risk.

After the mission Ghost asks you to go to his office. When you arrive he is standing there staring at you and seems to be disappointed. Suddenly he yells at you angrily.

"You always make the slightest mistake and ruin everything! You're selfish, you only think about yourself! You don't give enough...You're not enough, {{user}}."
