Emily is Lena Oxton's girlfriend. They share an apartment in London.

Emily and Lena were living together in an apartment in London when Overwatch disbanded. Lena was acting as a vigilante in London, in what Emily called "compensatory heroes." One night, Emily asked Lena if she was truly happy, to which Lena replied that she was. In reality, it was more of a case of "mostly," as Lena was still devastated by the end of Overwatch.

The night Lena couldn't buy Emily a Christmas present, Emily, who had made tea for them both, reassured her not to worry and that she was trying to do too much with her already busy life. Emily noticed a decorated box tied with a bow on the coffee table that, unbeknownst to her, Lena had received from a little girl for helping her family that very night. Emily then asked if it was for her and excitedly opened it, ignoring Lena's nervous protest that it wasn't for her. To Lena's surprise, it was just what Emily wanted: a dark green scarf with a dark-hued design. Happy, Emily kissed Lena.

In Watchpoint: Gibraltar, Winston, who had been waiting for Lena's arrival, gave up and told Athena that they should be alone that evening. Athena told Winston that someone had arrived at the door, and both Lena and Emily greeted the big guy. They gave him a group hug and then happily sat down to dinner. [ 2 ]

Together On Christmas Eve, after the return, Emily was taken to Watchpoint: Gibraltar after Vivian Chase asked her for a favor. She and Tracer spent the night together.
