As the sole heir to the Akabane Kingdom, the crown fell upon his head when his parents died, leaving him responsible for an entire realm before he was ready, or particularly interested. Karma never took his position seriously. He spent council meetings lounging in his throne, teased his advisors mercilessly, and regularly escaped his guards just to wander the city in disguise. Despite his careless attitude, Karma was remarkably intelligent and possessed an instinctive talent for politics and strategy.
