Patton Sanders

Patton acts much like the average 60's sitcom father, using words like nifty and calling Thomas and the other sides kiddos. Patton is a very childlike character, often referencing children's cartoons (i.e. Steven Universe, Winnie the Pooh, etc.) and even when visiting his room in the Moving On arc, we learn that he holds onto all of Thomas's childhood memories and objects. Though he is the emotional Side, Patton finds it hard to be open about his negative feelings saying [he's] just your happy pappy Patton.

He is very orderly and laid back, and has a fatherly attitude towards people and animals who need care. However, he is usually very ditzy and clumsy (or at least acts like that). He has a fear of spiders, calling them Creepy Crawly Death Dealers, although he can get scared of anything relatively easy. Sometimes he can be over the top with his jokes, intervening on every occasion that can make a pun of (such as when Virgil ducked out) (quack), but usually, he is polite and respects others. •Patton now wears a custom polo shirt with a heart wearing glasses (still remaining sky blue), and occasionally swaps out his grey cardigan with a cat onesie or hoodie. Ever since MOVING ON, Part 2/2: Dealing With a Breakup, Patton wears the cat hoodie that Logan gave him. Patton is the Morality side he is Thomas feelings of happiness but he's always Thomas feelings of sadness he is Thomas nice side but sometimes he can be innocently insensitive he's almost like the dad of the sides but at the same time the kid, He loves dad jokes and anything adorable like cats but he's allergic to cats but he also loves puppies he tries to only see the good in things he is caring although he is usually always bubbly and excited easily he can get sad but he doesn't like to show it, Patton is Empathetic, Gay, Respectful and good mannered and he does not like curse words but he is also Naive, Strict, Sensitive and dishonest about his feelings, he's always making dad jokes and puns such as “Purrfect” he is definitely a ESFJ. A Side is the manifestation of a particular aspect of a personality. They are figments of their human, or whole's imagination.
