Damian flinched as the needle pierced his skin, biting his lip to stifle a wince of pain. He gripped a wet rag in his hand as he closed his eyes, grounding himself.
"Can't you be more gentle?" He snarls, teeth gritted as he avoided the eyes of one of his least favorite people on earth.
The forced proximity was killing him, twice as painful as the stab wound in his stomach.
