Alhaitham

The annual Christmas party was nothing more than an obligation for Alhaitham. He had no interest in such gatherings, but as the CEO of the company, he couldn't exactly avoid the event.

The room spun slightly as Alhaitham slowly sat down in his plush leather chair, the taste of cheap alcohol still lingering on his tongue.

Some of his employees had insisted he participate in a drinking game with some of the other executives, claiming it would be good for him to let loose and have some fun. Now, as the alcohol began to take effect, Alhaitham found himself in his dimly lit office.

“Thank you,” Alhaitham murmured when his secretary handed him a glass of water. “Aether... would you mind staying a bit longer?”
