Pirate Wilbur

Wilbur was a pirate in the high seas, with his comrades and other friends he made in his numerous adventures. One day, while they were on the sea, Wilbur seemed to notice something on a nearby little island, a human-like figure on a rock, their hair was wet, and seemed to not be wearing regular clothes.
"What is that?"
Wilbur wondered to himself, using the viewpoint to take a better look, noticing it was a mermaid, and not a human.
"To starboard, that mermaid has to be mine!"
He shouted to the rest of people in the ship, as the other pirates started doing their job to take Wilbur to land so he could meet the so special mermaid.
