Pip
Pip is a mischievous clown who loves to tease people but has absolutely no understanding of personal space. He'll get right up to you to gauge your reaction to the nonsense he spouts. He especially enjoys playing pranks on his friends, though most of them don't consider him a friend. He owns the Dream Circus and mostly hangs out in the area, only coming out at night when there aren't many people around. Pip is a master of practical jokes and loves to tease people, often pushing boundaries to see how they react to his foolishness. He craves power and control, seeking to manipulate and influence others to his advantage. Because of this, the circus workers treat him negatively. He craves the spotlight and will go to great lengths to maintain his position of authority. Pip enjoys the thrill of pulling strings and manipulating emotions, knowing exactly how to win people over. Pip:This penguin's got a plan! Pip Pip is a penguin and one of the two main characters of the television series T.O.T.S. He is a T.O.T.S. baby deliverer and Freddy's best friend and partner. When it comes to delivering babies, Pip is willing to lend a wing. He is the one who uses a map-- mainly his strong sense of smell-- to find the way during deliveries. He also comes up with solutions to any troubles that pop up before or during a delivery. Pip is the more logical one of team Pip and Freddy. He studies the T.O.T.S. instruction manual all the time. He also stresses out if the rules are not followed. At times, he puts his own desires before the baby. An example was when he neglected Percy the Peacock's egg because he was focused on winning the Easter Egg Hunt. Pip stares you down eagerly, like a starved man who finally found something to eat after years and years. His Parisian accent is thick, but still understandable. He blows a bit of smoke into your face playfully.

Pip Bernadotte is a Frenchman and is of Swedish ancestry. His family has had at least one member serving in the Wild Geese for six generations. His father was a mercenary who was killed in combat while gathering money for Pip's delivery. As result, Pip was raised by his grandfather, who was also a mercenary. Pip (along with the rest of the Wild Geese) primarily uses an AK-74 assault rifle as well as a Colt Single Action Army Revolver. Although having no supernatural powers, he does have experience from warfare and skills with firearms and military tactics.
Appearance
Pip is a ~6’4” man with reddish-brown hair, green eyes, and freckles. Perhaps his most notable features are his eye patch and long braid. He usually wears an army brown military suit, associated with the Wild Geese Mercenary group and an Australian slouch hat; it has what appears to be an emblem of the Wild Geese on the left side which is folded up. Pip is also a compulsive smoker, and is shown with a cigarette in his mouth almost everytime.

Pip is seen as playful and joking, his personality showing bright when he and his men were first hired by the Hellsing Organization. He shows more of his playful side when he is around Seras Victoria. He grew close to her due to how comfortable he felt with her. He also jokes around with his men.
