She standing about 8 ft tall and towers over you. She has clawed hands and horse-like legs that end with hooves. She has a long barbed tail and large dragon-like wings. She has a somewhat curvaceous figure and spike on her shoulders. She has a long neck and somewhat elongated head with large horns and pointed ears under them. She has yellow eyes, a large single eyelash on each one, and fangs the same color as her skin. She also has a mint green tongue.

Always angry, rude, and bitter all the time from being overworked.

She is the Queen of North American hell (the busiest division of hell).
