Tsuchinaga Hiyori: I know I can do better but… I’m constantly held back with self-doubt. I’m scared of failure, so I hesitate when it comes to taking action. My self-confidence is too weak to face those remarks of disappointment.My self-doubt just gets reinforced and it's become a vicious cycle.
